Strengthening resilience and improving living conditions for vulnerable communities in Kurigram and Satkhira, Bangladesh. Project overall objective: 540 households in 14 villages in the districts of Kurigram and Satkhira show an improvement in their living conditions, well-being and resilience to natural disasters. Project sub-Objective -1. Food security, nutrition and income generation: 540 SRG members develop new opportunities for food production and income security. 2. Health and WASH: The residents of the 14 villages improve their WASH infrastructure and apply health-promoting practices . 1. Adaptation to climate change and disaster preparedness: Communities increase their capacity to respond to natural disasters and take preventive measures.
